The Brazilian attacker has been withdrawn as a precaution after complaining of pain in his left ankle during training on Friday.
The 22-year-old scored for his side in midweek as they beat Paris Saint-Germain 3-1 to ensure they progress into the knock-out rounds of the Champions League as group winners.
However, the club have revealed that coach Luis Enrique is taking no chances with the player who has scored 11 league goals so far this term.
Luis Enrique announced a list of 18 players who will travel to Madrid for the weekend's clash, with Dani Alves, who missed the meeting with the Ligue 1 champions, back in the team.
