The training follows the bank’s midweek opening of a new branch at the country’s busiest market bringing financial services closer to the people.

Speaking during the official opening ceremony of the branch on Wednesday in the City, Director General of DCB Commercial Bank PLC, Edmund Mkwawa said businessmen need training on saving in regards to time and place and related profits to be reaped.

“Most business people do not have enough knowledge on how they can save their money as well as the right place for them to get loans for their business and life improvement,” he said citing that the new branch will open up another avenue for DCB to offer its unmatched banking services to its ever-growing population of customers.
